Creative psychotherapy, online

We can start with wherever you are.

I'm Cole. Life can be a lot sometimes, and it can be hard to know how to navigate it all. You might have found yourself here because you are hoping for more understanding, or maybe you just really want something to be different and you need someone alongside you to help you make the changes you wan to make.

Is this you?

You don't have to be sure therapy is right for you.

Are you questioning your identity, sexuality, or trying to work out what you really want from life outside of the needs of others?

You might feel like everyone else was given a rulebook for life that you somehow missed, or have recently received an autism or ADHD diagnosis and want to better understand yourself.

You might be struggling with overwhelming feelings and want to find ways to respond that feel better for you.

You might want support in navigating difficult conversations and communicating your needs to the people in your life.

How I work

Talking is part of my work, as well as other ways to explore your experiences.

My approach is integrative. I draw on somatic work as well as talking, art, music and image, in whatever combination works best for you, so there is more flexibility and more than one way in.

My aim is to create enough space and safety for us to become curious about what's happening for you, at your own pace.
